分析了江苏省太仓市生活垃圾卫生填埋场封场工程项目的管理模式以及在施工中应严格进行质量控制、进度控制和安全作业。阐述了该填埋场封场后的运行维护管理和场地利用。从建设管理的角度分析封场工程过程中出现的问题及解决或避免的方法。
The management mode of closure engineering for Taicang Domestic Waste Landfill Site in Jiangsu was ana- lyzed, as well as strict quality control, progress control and safe operation. The operation, maintenance, management and land-u- tilization after closure were expounded. The problems and their solution or avoidance methods in closure engineering were ana- lyzed in the construction management perspective.
