浅析县级环境监测工作如何适应新《环境保护法》的要求

新《环境保护法》实施后,环境监测的眼睛和喉舌作用日渐凸显。如何在法律框架内做好环境监测工作,适应社会需求,是关系到县级环境监测站生存和发展的重要议题。结合新《环境保护法》对环境监测工作的要求和基层工作实际,客观分析了目前县级环境监测机构存在的问题,并提出了体制改革等解决措施。

Due to the implementation of new environmental laws, environmental monitoring plays an important role more and more. How to make good environmental monitoring in the legal framework, and meet the needs of the society, is the important issue that relates to the survival and development of county monitoring station. This treatise combines with new environmental law in environmental monitoring work, with analysis of the problems existing in the current county-level environmental monitoring institution, and puts forward the solutions such as structural reform.
