摘要
采用正火＋回火工艺热处理工艺,研制开发预硬型塑料模具钢LG2738,钢板平均硬度（HRC）值30~35,其组织为回火索氏体＋少量回火屈氏体＋少量回火下贝氏体。
By adopting normalizing and tempering process, LG2738 pre-hardened plastic die steel were developed, the average hardness value of the plate was 30 ~ 35, and its structure was showed as tempering sor- bite and a little tempering troostite and a little tempering lower bainite.
