提高罐区信息化水平的研究

Research on Improving the Information Level of Oil Tank Farm

在充分研究了国内外罐区信息化系统现状的基础上,着重从网络、火灾自动报警、工业电视监视、扩音对讲等信息系统与电信系统的设计方面进行研究,针对目前存在的薄弱环节,对设计和建设工作提出一些技术要求与措施,以期提高罐区信息化水平,支撑罐区安全生产,促进生产和管理效率提升;符合中国石油信息化的整体规划,同时兼顾信息化的先进性、实用性、可操作性、适用广泛性和经济性原则,保证罐区信息化建设与企业战略相一致。

Based on deep study of the current situation on tank information system at home and abroad, the research of information system and telecommunication system design was presented, including the network, automatic fire alarm, industrial television monitoring, public address and general alarm system etc. In view of the weak links at present, some technical requirements and measures for the design and construction work were proposed in order to improve the level of tank information and tank production safety, promote the production and management efficiency. It also should be complied with the overall layout of CNPC information system. At the same time, the constructions of enterprise information system should also give a good consideration on the advanced information, practicability, operability, extensive applicability and economy. It will guarantee to keep the accordance of tank information construction with enterprise strategy.
