油田污水处理技术概述

Overview of Oilfield Wastewater Treatment Techniques

在油田生产中,往往将油田污水处理后回注,这样不仅可以节约生产成本,还可以避免污水随意排放造成的环境污染。但是,如何使回注污水符合油田回注水质指标,以防止造成集输系统和井筒的腐蚀和结垢,使回注水对地层的伤害最小化,一直是油田污水处理的难题。对现阶段国内外主要的污水处理技术及其应用进行了概述,并提出了对油田污水处理技术发展前景的展望。

In the production of oilfield, wastewater is always treated to reinject.This way can reduce the cost of production and avoid environmental pollution. However, for such a long time we have to face the problems of how to make the reinjected water meet the water quality index and how to avoid the corrosion in gathering system and wellbores in consideration of the minimum of strata damage. In this paper, wastewater treatment technologies and their application at home and abroad were summarized, and future development prospect of these wastewater treatment technologies was put forward.
