基于FLUENT的磁流变液的流动行为仿真

摘要 对磁流变液在不同条件下的流动行为进行分析,利用Gambit建立了磁流变液的俯视二维简化模型并对其进行了网格划分。应用FLUENT对不同入口速度和障碍物大小条件下磁流变液中基础油的流动行为进行了仿真模拟,得出不同障碍大小和入口速度下的速率变化云图,分析表明仿真效果能较好的模拟磁流变液的真实流动状态,能较好的解释磁流变液在不同剪切速率和链聚集程度下的流动行为。 The flow behavior of magnetorheological(MR) fluid under different conditions was investigated. Simplified 2D model from top-down view of MR fluid was established, at the same time, the model was divided into structured mesh with Gambit. Flow behavior simulation of basic oil among MR fluid under different conditions of barriers size entrance velocity was carried out by FLUENT, the flow rate change clouds under different conditions were obtained. The analysis result indicates that this method has good simulation results to real flow behavior of MR fluid, also offers a good account of flow behavior under different conditions of shear rate molecule chain.
