摘要 以蛭石作为载体,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备Ti O2/蛭石,Ti O2/蛭石与石墨组成粒子电极,以溶胶凝胶法制备的钛网光电极为主电极,石墨片为阴极,亚甲基蓝溶液为目标降解物,支持电解质为无水硫酸钠溶液,固定光源为20 W紫外灯,在恒定外电压的作用下,研究三维光电催化体系对亚甲基蓝溶液光电催化降解的效率。实验结果表明:当二氧化钛光电极的煅烧温度为550℃,Ti O2/蛭石粒子的煅烧温度500℃,石墨0.8 g,Ti O2/蛭石0.2 g,外接电压2 V,电极距离3 cm,无水硫酸钠溶液浓度0.02 mol/L,亚甲基蓝溶液浓度5 mg/L时,三维光电催化实验对亚甲基蓝的脱色率达到51.9%。 he particles electrodes of TiO2/vermiculite were obtained respectively by sol-gel method, mixed GAC to constitute complex particle electrode, Respectively the prepared by sol-gel method to be the main electrode(Titanium photoelectrode),Graphite flakes as cathode,Methylene blue solution as the goal degradation,the supporting electrolyte was Anhydrous sodium sulphate solution,fixed light source was 20 W UV lamp,in the role of a constant external voltage,research on three-dimensional photoelectric catalysis system degradation rate of methylene blue solution.The photoelectrocatalytic experiment shows that :when calcination temperature of the titania photoelectrode was 550 ℃, calcination temperature of TiO2 / vermiculite particles was 500 ℃, Graphite 0.8 g, TiO2 / vermiculite 0.2 g, External voltage 2 V, Electrode distance 3cm,solution concentration of Anhydrous sodium was 0.02 mol / L, Methylene blue solution concentration 5mg / L, Three-dimensional photoelectric catalysis experiment of methylene blue decolorization rate was best 51.9%.
