摘要 茶叶中的农药残留除部分来自污染的环境外,其主要来源是源于直接施用的化学农药。采用亚临界萃取技术对茶叶进行处理是近年来降低茶叶中农药残留的新方法。通过对茶叶中菊酯类农药的去除研究以及茶叶水浸出物及主要成分茶多酚、粗蛋白、咖啡碱的分析,发现茶叶中菊酯类农药含量在限量标准的2~5倍时,用亚临界低温萃取技术处理茶叶,茶叶中主要生化成分基本不变,说明亚临界低温萃取技术可以降低菊酯类农药残留,同时对茶叶品质没有显著影响。 Pesticide residues in tea was partly from polluted environment, with the main source from the use of chemical pesticides. Sub-critical extraction technology is a new way to degrade the pesticide residues of the tea by researching the pyrethroids pesticide and analyzing the water extract, tea polyphenols, protein and caffeine in the tea.This paper found that when the evaluation standard of strain in tea pesticide content was 2 to 5 times, the sub-critical extraction had no effect on the main chemical components in the tea, which proved that the sub-critical extraction technology can reduce the residues of pyrethroids pesticide in the tea and had no effect on tea quality.
