摘要
不同的茶树树龄和品种、茶园环境、加工工艺、贮藏方法、冲泡技巧等直接影响着普洱茶品质的差异。分析了影响普洱茶品质的这些因素,对于指导普洱茶生产、帮助消费者鉴别普洱茶品质有参考价值。
This paper analyzed the factors that affect the quality of Pu'er Tea. The influence factors of Pu'er Tea quality were mainly including the age and varieties of tea plants, tea garden environment, tea processing technology, storage methods, brewing techniques,and so on. The aim was to offer reference for guiding tea production and helping consumers identify the quality of Pu'er Tea.
