Jiangshan Green Peony Tea is a famous tea with a long history and the tea industry has become one of the six pillar industries of agriculture in Jiangshan City. This paper outlined the current situation of tea industry in Jiangshan City, the necessity of tea breeding technology promotion and main technical measures and economic,social, ecological benefits to give a comprehensive exposition of tea breeding promotion work in Jiangshan.
