摘要
根据具体课程中的教学经验,在针对茶学、茶文化专业的基础课程《茶学概论》的教学过程中,基于兴趣教学法,从理论和实验课程出发,结合课外作业和第二课堂,综合培养学生对茶学专业课程学习的兴趣,提高学习效果。
This paper, based on teaching practice of the course "Introduction to Tea", applied interest-stimulated method in the teaching. Starting from the theoretical and experimental courses, the author combined homework and field trip to stimulate students' interest in major courses and improve learning effect.
