摘要
针对云南某细粒嵌布、低品位矽卡岩型白钨矿进行了选矿试验研究。试验采用常温浮选工艺在原矿磨矿细度-74μm粒级80%条件下,以Na OH为p H调整剂、Na2Si O3+GS为组合抑制剂、YK-3为捕收剂对白钨矿进行回收。在原矿WO3品位0.20%条件下,获得WO3品位65.22%、回收率70.53%的白钨精矿,试验指标理想。
The experiment was carried out systematically on a skarn- type and low grade finely disseminated scheelite ore from Yunnan. A scheelite concentrate containing WO365. 22% at a recovery of 70. 53% was abtained in normal temperature while the raw ore containing WO30. 20%,the grinding fineness was 80% below 74 μm,using Na OH as p H modifier,Na2 Si O3/ GS as depressant and YK- 3 as collector.
