摘要
在CY脂肪酸类捕收剂低温条件试验的基础上,对李楼低磷低硫的单一酸性中贫氧化铁矿浮选给矿样进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,在氢氧化钠用量1 000 g/t、淀粉用量400 g/t、氧化钙用量400 g/t、浮选温度20℃的条件下,获得精矿铁品位66.61%、铁回收率93.50%的分选指标;在浮选温度为35℃的条件下,对该矿石开展了浮选分离试验研究,可获得精矿铁品位67.05%、铁回收率93.71%的指标。综合比较分选结果可知,低温浮选可获得与高温浮选接近的分选指标。
Based on low temperature experiments of CY fatty acids collector,closed- circuit flotation tests with one roughing,one cleaning and three scavenging were conducted on flotation feed of single poor acidic iron oxide ore with low phosphorus and sulfur in Lilou. The results showed that when the dosage of sodium hydroxide was 1 000 g / t,starch was 400 g / t and calcium oxide was 400 g / t,at a temperature of 20 ℃,the iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 66. 61% and recovery of93. 50 % can be obtained. At a flotation temperature of 35 ℃,the iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 67. 05% and recovery of 93. 71% was obtained. Comprehensively comparing the flotation results,the indexes obtained at low temperature and high temperature were very close.
