摘要
"空域灵活使用"的概念早在1996年就首次由欧盟提出,现阶段,空域灵活使用的需求越来越大。在分析欧盟实施空域灵活使用的基础上,结合中国的空域使用基本情况,找出空域灵活使用过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。
The concept of ＂flexible use of airspace＂ was first proposed by the European Union in 1996. On the analysis of the flexible use of airspace based implementation, combined with China＇s airspace use, find airspace flexible use of problems existing in the process and in the light of these problems, proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
