浅谈废水处理设施的监管新思路

目前,我国境内各大生态水系都遭受了不同程度的污染,虽然在环境保护部门的监管下各污水排放企业都配备了废水处理设施,但许多企业并没有认识到生态保护的重要性,以片面追求个人利益为原则,导致废水处理设施闲置、停用,污水排放偷排、超排,这些问题都严重影响了我国水资源安全和生态环境的平衡发展。通过对废水处理设施现状进行分析,提出了新时期废水处理设施监管的新思路。

At present, our country the ecological river suffered varying degrees of pollution, although in the environmental protection department under the supervision of the sewage enterprises are equipped with wastewater treatment facilities, but many companies did not recognize the importance of protecting the ecological, to one-sided pursuit of the interests of the people as the principle, resulting in waste water treatment facilities idle, disabled, sewage discharge steal row, superovulation, these problems have a serious impact on the balanced development of China＇s water resources and to the ecological environment. By analyzing the present situation of wastewater treatment facilities, the author puts forward a new idea for the supervision of the wastewater treatment facilities in the new period.
