供电服务监控平台于2014-07-01在浙江省正式上线运行推广运用。通过省公司层面的"四级应用"和长兴公司的"二级管控",大大提高了设备故障处理效率,有效提高了抢修人员的抢修效率,全面提高了供电服务监控平台的服务水平和主动服务能力。
