关于燃气电厂汽轮机旁路系统的探析

摘要 旁路系统设备是燃气电厂架构内的汽轮机配件。这类附属配件与机组平日中的备用状态关系密切。如果锅炉某一时段的蒸汽参数还没能达到设定好的冲转规格,那么衔接着的旁路配件就会将这部分蒸汽连通到凝汽器,以便提高蒸汽参数,达到冲转要求。汽轮机配有的这类旁路系统受到多重要素的干扰,带来了各种运行问题,阻碍了电厂的发展。为提升旁路配件的可靠性,应能慎重管控这一系统,制订相关对策,排除电厂平日中的运行隐患。 The bypass system equipment is a gas power plant structure within the turbine accessories. The spare parts of this kind of accessory are closely related to the standby state of the unit. If steam parameters of the boiler in a certain period of time has not been able to achieve set turn red specifications, then the convergence of the bypass accessories will will this steam is connected to the condenser. In order to increase the steam parameters, achieve the punching transfer request. The turbine is equipped with this kind of bypass system by the multiple factors of the interference, has brought a variety of operating problems, hindered the development of power plant. In order to improve the reliability of the bypass parts, the system should be carefully controlled, formulate relevant measures to eliminate the risk of the operation of the power plant on weekdays.
