摘要
分析了加工中心进给伺服系统中的摩擦特性,建立了含有摩擦和间隙非线性的数学模型,重点讨论了机械传动模块的摩擦和间隙非线性因素对系统动态特性的影响.以VMC850E型加工中心为研究对象,借助Matlab软件对其进行了仿真分析及试验研究.研究结果表明:由于进给系统中的非线性因素造成的加工精度的降低可以通过数控程序的修调以及刀具的合理补偿来提高,这对于实际的生产加工有重要的实用价值.
The friction characteristics of servo feed systems of machining center are analyzed, and the mathemati- cal model with nonlinear friction and clearance are established. Then the effects of the friction from mechanical transmission module and nonlinear factors on dynamics characteristics are illustrated. NC milling machining tools VMC850E is taken as a research object, and the simulation analysis and experimental research are carried out by using MATLAB. The study result shows that the lower machining accuracy due to the nonlinear friction and clear- ance of servo feed systems can be improved by reasonable compensation of tools and Modified NC program. It is very important for the actual production.
