基于LS-dyna的锐角式开沟器刀刃形状对阻力的影响

摘要 为了改善开沟器的入土性能和减小开沟器工作阻力,运用LS-dyna软件对开沟器切削土壤进行了仿真,对比分析了2种不同刀刃形状开沟器的工作阻力.结果表明:在其它参数相同的条件下,开沟器以0.85 m/s前进时,刀刃为凹曲线的锐角式开沟器的工作阻力小于刀刃为直线的锐角式开沟器的工作阻力,并通过理论计算验证了仿真的合理性. In order to improve the soil piercing performance and reduce the working resistance of the colter, the simulation of the colter cutting soil using the LS-dyna software is presented in this paper, and working resistance of two different cutting edge shape colters are compared and analyzed. With the other same parameters, the re- sults show that under the coher with 0.84 m/s, the working resistance of the acute angle coher of the lower con- cave curve cutting edge shape is smaller than the work resistance of the acute angle eoher of the straight line cut- ting edge shape, the rationality of the simulation is verified by theoretical calculation.
