摘要
教师和管理者是影响中小学心理健康教育工作质量的关键。本研究采用自编"中小学校心理健康教育师资队伍基本情况调查问卷",对山西、河南两地的部分中小学进行了调查,旨在了解中小学专兼职教师和学校管理者对心理健康教育的认知和评价,以及中小学心理健康教育师资队伍的基本情况,分析和梳理中小学专兼职教师、学校管理者对心理健康教育认知和评价的特点、存在的主要问题,并与国内外相关研究进行比较,提出了相应的对策建议。
School teachers and administrators are the key to influence the quality of mental health education of primary and secondary schools. Our research surveyed some primary and secondary schools from Shanxi Province and Henan Province with our self- edited Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Basic Information Questionnaire, trying to knowing the perception and evaluation to mental health education of school teachers and administrators, and some basic information about primary and secondary schools' mental health teachers. Based on our data, we figured out the characteristics and problems of school teachers and administrators' perception and evaluation of mental health education. Comparing with related researches, we give some advice to improve the quality of primary and secondary schools' mental health education.
