10例急性心肌梗死患者应用Angiojet系统吸栓术的护理 被引量：8

摘要 目的总结10例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者介入治疗中应用Angiojet血栓抽吸系统的护理经验。方法对10例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者使用Angiojet血栓抽吸系统处理血栓。结果 10例患者中9例出现缓慢性心律失常,2例血压下降,1例出现胸部不适、意识丧失、窦性停搏、室颤等并发症,均经及时观察发现、积极处理,PCI顺利完成。结论 Angiojet血栓抽吸系统应用于急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者安全可靠,密切的护理观察和积极的并发症预防处理是护理的关键。
