基于FPGA的淬火电源相序自适应装置研制

摘要 电源相序检测对许多特种设备的安全运行意义重大。本课题中,采用并行模数转换器AD7825和现场可编程逻辑器件EP2C5Q208,配合调制、驱动电路完成了淬火电源相序检测自适应装置研制。测试表明,该装置在淬火电源中运行可靠,实现了电网电源相序与淬火电源相序的无差错联接。 The power phase sequence detection is significance to many special equipment for safe operation. In this paper, using parallel adc AD7825 and field programmable logic device EP2C5Q208,cooperate with the modulation circuit and drive circuit, finished the phase sequence detection of adaptive equipment in quenching power. Tests show that the device reliable operation in quenching power, realize the power supply phase sequence and the sequence of the quenching power no-mistake connection.
