General Introduction to the Equipment Localization Purchase of EPC Item in India

印度经济快速稳定增长,印度政府逐渐意识到良好的基础设施对经济发展的重要性,加大对基础设施投入及建设的同时必将带来对钢铁等基础材料的强劲需求。近年来,越来越多的中国公司走出国门,参与到印度工程建设中。作者结合在印度执行某总承包项目近4年的体会,深刻分析项目执行过程中当地采购环节遇到的种种问题,旨在与已在印度或者计划在印度执行总承包项目的中国工程公司一起分享与探讨,提高海外项目的执行能力。

Indian has a very rapid and stable economic growth. Indian government gradually realized the importance of good infrastructure for economic development, the increasement in infrastructure investment and construction will cause the strong demand of raw materials such as steel. In recent years,more and more Chinese companies are going abroad and participating in the project in India.With the experience of 4 years to excute a turnkey project in India, the author is trying to analyse what problem and difference will be facing in the process of local procurement in India, aimed at sharing and discussing together with these engineering companies who had been executed a project in India or is planning to do an EPC project in India, improving the executive ability of overseas projects.
