莫西沙星治疗支原体肺炎的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia

目的探讨莫西沙星治疗支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年12月-2014年11月本院门诊及住院部202例支原体肺炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案,将所有患者随机分成实验组（101例）和对照组（101例）,对照组患者给予阿奇霉素治疗,实验组患者给予莫西沙星治疗,观察对比实验组与对照组患者的临床治疗效果及症状、体征消失时间、不良反应情况。结果实验组治疗后总有效率明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组症状及体征消失时间明显较对照组短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论莫西沙星治疗支原体肺炎临床效果良好,临床症状及体征改善快,不良反应少,安全可行,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 202 patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia who were admitted to the outpatient department and inpatient department in our hospital from December 2012 to November 2014 were selected as research subjects.All patients were randomly assigned to an experiment group （101 patients） and a control group （101 patients） according different treatment schemes.Patients in control group were given the treatment of azithremycin,and patients in experiment group were given the treatment of moxifloxacin.Chnical efficacy,disappearance time of symptoms and physical signs,and adverse effects were observed and compared between two groups. Results Total effective rate was compared between two groups after the treatment,and the rate was significantly higher in experiment group than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Disappearance time of symptoms and psychical signs of experiment group was significantly shorter than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）;Total incidence of adverse effects after the treatment was com- pared between two groups,and the incidence of control group was significantly higher than that of experiment group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxifloxaxin for patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia has a favorable clinical efficacy.Patients＇ symptoms and physical signs improve quickly and adverse effects are few.The treatment is safe and feasible,which promotes patients to recover faster and is worthy of widespread clinical application and promotion.
