自我管理教育护理在社区老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果

目的探讨自我管理教育护理在社区老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月-2014年12月本社区的100例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用传统随机教育方式,试验组给予自我管理教育护理。比较两组的血糖水平、疾病相关知识掌握率及护理满意度。结果试验组8周、12周的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组的疾病相关知识掌握率及护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自我管理教育护理在社区老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高自我管理能力,进而有效地控制血糖,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of self-management education and nursing in elderly diabetic patients in community. Methods 100 elderly patients with diabetes from January 2013 to December 2014 in our com- munity were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,50 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional random education method,the experiment group was given self-management education and nursing.The level of blood sugar,mastering condition of related knowledge on patients＇diseases and the degree of nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results The level of fasting blood sugar and 2 h postprandial blood sugar in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈 0.05）.The mastering rate of disease-related knowledge and the degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of self- management education and nursing in elderly community diabetic patients is significant,which can improve self-man- agement ability,effectively control the blood sugar and enhance the degree of nursing satisfaction.
