腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的方法及疗效

The Method and Curative Effect of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic in the Treatment of Pelvic Cyst

目的:探讨分析腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的方法及疗效。方法:选取2012年9月-2014年2月到笔者所在医院采用腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗的35例肾盂旁囊肿患者作为研究组,基于此选择同时期到笔者所在医院采用开放手术治疗的35例肾盂旁囊肿患者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者住院时间、术中出血量、并发症发生情况及手术时间。结果:研究组手术时间和住院时间明显短于对照组,且术中出血量和并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾盂旁囊肿临床治疗中采用腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗,安全可靠、创伤小且恢复快,是一种有效且值得应用的方法。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the method and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic in the treatment of parapelvic cyst. Method： From September 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital with retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation in the treatment of 35 cases of parapelvic cyst were enrolled as the study group, the choice of the same period in our hospital by open operation treatment of 35 cases of parapelvic cyst patients were enrolled as the control group.Based on the comparative analysis of two groups of patients in hospitalization time, amount of bleeding during the operation, complications and the operation time.Result： The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of bleeding and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than those of the control group, there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conelusion： Retroperitoneal laparoscopic in the treatment of parapelvic cyst in clinical treatment is safety, little trauma and quick recovery, is a safe and effective method and worthy of application.
