低分子肝素钙结合尿激酶治疗脑血栓患者的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Urokinase Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in the Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis

目的:探讨低分子肝素钙结合尿激酶治疗脑血栓的治疗效果,以供临床参考。方法:将在笔者所在医院接受治疗的60例脑血栓患者纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,给予对照组低分子肝素钙治疗,给予试验组低分子肝素钙结合尿激酶治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后试验组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为13.3%,对照组为16.7%,且均为轻微症状。结论:低分子肝素钙结合尿激酶治疗脑血栓疗效显著,安全性良好,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of Urokinase combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis, for clinical reference.Method： In our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients included in the study were divided into the experimental group and the control group, the control group was given Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium, the experimental group was given Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium combined with Urokinase, the effects of two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%, was significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group, there was statistical signifieance（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction of the experimental group was 13.3%, the control group was 16.7%, both of which had mild symptoms.Conclusion： Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium combine with Urokinase in the treatment of cerebral thrombus is effect, security good, is worthy of clinical application.
