前后联合入路治疗多节段颈椎管狭窄的临床效果评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察前后联合入路治疗多节段颈椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法:选择2011年12月-2014年6月笔者所在医院骨科住院并接受手术治疗的64例颈椎管狭窄症患者作为研究对象,所有入选病例依照不同手术入路分成两组,每组32例,分别采用颈椎前后联合入路手术(观察组)和单纯后路单开门椎管扩大成形术(对照组),比较两种方法的手术时间、术中出血量、住院总费用、JOA评分、改善率以及临床优良率。结果:观察组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量和住院总费用均多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访半年,两组术后JOA评分较术前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床优良率(90.4%)优于对照组(79.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎前后联合入路的手术方式是治疗多节段颈椎管狭窄症的可靠和有效的手术方式。
