摘要 探讨精梳机分离罗拉连杆传动机构的减振平衡优化。针对精梳机高速后产生较大振动的分离罗拉连杆传动机构,运用Solidworks三维建模技术找出了构件质心,并通过机构运动学数学建模、Matlab编程,计算出了单个构件及整个机构在一个运动周期内的惯性力幅值曲线,说明偏心套和摆动臂的惯性力是连杆机构产生振动的主要来源。对机构的平衡配重进行了优化,结果表明:装在偏心套上的配重质径积为200.56kg·mm时,减振效果最好,优化后的配重经试验验证了结论的正确性。认为:上述优化方法可使高速精梳机获得较好的减振效果,可适用于任何机械的平面连杆机构。 Vibration damping balance optimization of comber detaching roller rod transmission mechanism was discussed. Aimed at detaching roller rod transmission mechanism of comber with larger vibration in higher speed,component eentroid was found by Solid works three-dimensional modeling technology. Inertia force amplitude curves of single component and whole system in one motion cycle were calculated by kinematics of mechanism mathematical modeling and Matlab programming. It means that the inertia force of eccentric locking collar and swinging arm are the main source of vibration generated by rod system. Balance weight of system was opti- mized. The test results show that the vibration damping effect is the best when mass-radius product of balance weight on eccentric locking collar is 200.56 kg· mm. The correctness of conclusion is verified by balance weight test after optimization. It is considered that the above optimization method can make the high speed comber with better vibration damping effect. It can be used in other mechanical planar linkage.
