摘要
探讨麻赛尔纤维的蠕变和应力松弛性能。对麻赛尔纤维的蠕变和应力松弛性能进行了测试分析,对麻赛尔纤维的黏弹性质进行指数函数拟合,并对拟合结果进行残差分析其拟合效果,并与粘胶纤维进行了对比。结果表明:麻赛尔纤维内应力随着时间的延长而减小,变化规律呈指数函数关系,松弛时间比粘胶纤维的时间长,松弛较慢;麻赛尔纤维的蠕变随着时间的延长而增大,变化规律呈指数函数关系,延迟时间比粘胶纤维的时间短,蠕变现象更明显。认为:与粘胶纤维相比,麻赛尔纤维松弛现象不明显,而蠕变现象更为明显。
Creep and stress relaxation properties of Jutecell fiber were discussed. Creep and stress relaxation properties of Jutecell fiber were tested and analyzed. Viscoelastic of Jutecell fiber was fitting by exponential function. Residual analysis of fitting result was used to evaluate fitting effect. Then, it was compared with viscose fiber. The test result shows that internal stress of Jutecell fiber is decreased over time. The change principle is an exponential relationship. Relaxation time is longer than that of viscose fiber, the relaxation is slower, the creep of Jutccell fiber is decreased over time and the change principle is an exponential relationship. The delay time is shorter than that of viscose fiber. The creep phenomenon is more obvious. It is considered that relaxation phenomenon of Jutecell fiber is less obvious compared with viscose fiber while the creep phenomenon is more obvious.
