摘要 研究FR-C阻燃剂对棉织物阻燃整理的理想整理工艺及对棉织物性能的影响。使用FR-C阻燃剂对棉织物进行阻燃整理,分析了影响阻燃效果的各因素,并与普通阻燃工艺进行了对比。结果表明:FR-C阻燃剂的最佳阻燃整理工艺为:阻燃剂用量120g/L,焙烘温度170℃,焙烘时间3min;经过FR-C阻燃剂整理的棉织物阻燃性能和耐水洗性较普通阻燃整理的棉织物好,且织物透湿量和抗皱性有所提高,对织物强力损伤较小。认为:FR-C阻燃剂整理的棉织物性能较好。 The ideal processing of cotton fabric flame retardant finishing with FR-C flame retardant and the influence on cotton fabric were studied. FR-C flame retardant was used in the flame retardant finishing of cotton fabric. Each factor affected flame retardant finishing effect was analyzed. It was compared with common flame retardant finishing processing. The test results show the best finishing process for FR-C flame retardant is with flame retardant usage of 120 g/L, baking temperature 170 ℃ and baking time of 3 min. The flammability and washing durability of cotton fabric finished by FR-C flame retardant are better than that of fabric finished by common flame retardant. Beside this,the moisture penetrability and crease resistance are also better. The damage to fabric strength is smaller. It is considered the properties of cotton fabric finished by FR-C flame retardant is better.
