摘要 近年来,随着我国经济发展进入新常态,中国已全面进入人力资本时代,人力资本的管理和运营问题成为当前人力资源开发领域关注的焦点和重要课题。本届论坛首次引入了人才众筹、人才IPO、人才合伙制等具有前瞻性的人力资源管理理念。中国企业不再盲目移植国外的先进技术与工具,他们在深入国外理论研究与国内文化土壤的基础上,不断进行理念创新、机制创新、技术创新,逐步建立起中国式的人力资源开发与管理。会议集聚了政、产、学、研各界智慧,展示了目前人力资源开发与管理领域的最新理论研究进展和企业实践方面的创新性成果。 In recent years, with China's economic development has entered a new normal, China has entered the era of human capital, human capital management and operation become important problem in the focus of attention in the current human resources development in the field.For the first time, This forum introduce the talent to raise public, talant IPO, partnership, etc., with a forward-looking human resonrees management concept. Chinese enterprises no longer blindly trdmplant the foreign advancad technology and tools, they on the basis of in-depth thooretieai studies abroad and domestic cultural soil, continuous concept innovation, mechanism innovation, technology innovation, and gradually establish a development and management of human resources in China. Conference gathers the wisdom of the government, industry, science and research, the latest research progress of human resource development and management, and the innovative achievements of enterprise practice.
