"合伙"是一个古老的概念,合伙人机制也古已有之,并经过不断地发展演化,被广泛运用于当今各行各业。合伙人机制大行其道的背后,是人、组织、资本三者关系的变革。互联网的勃兴增强了个体话语权,并把人才提升至与资本同等重要的地位,"尊重人、人为本"成为组织在人力资本时代的主流理念。合伙人机制可以让合伙人具有兼具创业热情和职业危机感,发挥超越岗位角色的正向作用,同时形成相互信任的核心团队。在设计合伙人机制时,也要注意规避合伙人系统运行中的风险。
Partnership is an ancient concept. The partner mechanism, which is widely used in various industries nowadays, has experienced consistent evolvement. The reason for the prevalence of partner mechauism is that the reform of the relationships among the individual, organization and capital. The prosperity of interact enhances the level of discourse power, and makes personnel as significant as capital. "Respect people, and people oriented" have become main stream ideas of human capital era. Partner mechauism can make partners have both entreprcneurial passion and sense of career crisis, play a positive role beyond their position and build interpersonal trust. It is also important to identify the risk of using a partner mechanism when we try to design one.
