摘要
合伙人制度的核心价值是凝聚事业团队,通过合伙人权责的划分和激励机制的设计增强团队凝聚力。更适用于人力资本相对较重的企业,所以首先需要明确自己的企业是否适用合伙人制度,其次合伙人制度要适应业务模式,不同的业务模式大体可以采用分级合伙人、分类合伙人、高管合伙人三种主要的合伙人制度模式。之后则介绍了合伙人机制搭建的通用方法,主要包括了合伙人确定、合伙人团队建设、股权分红权配给、动态管理四个步骤。
The core of the partnership is to develop partner team cohesion through the division of rights and liabilities and incentive system. Partnership suits human capital enterprise more, so before deciding to formalize the partnership it is necessary to estimate weather the enterprise will improve the performance. Different partnerships are suitable to different business patterns always apply different kind of parmership. Then this article introduces the universal method of he partnership formalization, including the partner selection; partner team building; equity and dividend ration; dynamic management.
