摘要
本文通过对G集团股权激励和合伙人机制的介绍,以案例的方式呈现一个创意文化产业公司在制定股权激励和合伙人机制时的要点和决策点,更加明确股权激励及合伙人机制对企业发展过程中产生的作用与影响。
This paper aims to illustrate the highlights of establishing Equity Incentive and Business Partnership mechanism for a creative and cultural industry company through the case of G Group. It will further specify the effect of Equity Incentive and Business Parmership mechanism on the development of a company.
