摘要
本文从战略人力资源视角出发,以恒大地产公司为例,论述人力资源实践如何支持企业的快速运营能力;本文采用AMO模型,深入分析快速运营能力形成的主要机理及相关的人力资源实践,总结归纳其关键原则和实践要点,致力为快速运营的企业提供一份参考。
From the perspective of strategic human resource management, this paper makes Hengda Estate Company as an example to discuss how human resource management practices support quick operation ability in enterprises. The research adopts the A.MO model to make in-depth analysis of the main mechanism and related human resource management practices concerning quick operation ability, and summarizes the key principles and practice points, devoting to provide a reference for quick operation enterprises.
