On Involving Inner Mongolia into Silk Road Economic Belt

国务院授权发布的《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景和行动》,对内蒙古在推进丝绸之路经济带建设中的作用进行了准确定位。以此为指导,内蒙古积极推进这一重大战略实施,应从相关意识的增强、为本地走出去的企业提供服务、科学编制规划与制定实施方案、加强同周边省份的合作,以及深化同蒙古和俄罗斯的合作等方面,采取有效措施。

Inner Mongolia is positioned accurately in the function of advancing the ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂ by Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road issued under the authorization of the state council, which is a guide for Inner Mongolia in advancing actively the major strategic implementation . In practice the effective measures should be made for Inner Mongolia from the following the several aspects： enhancing the related consciousness ,providing facilitation for local businesses going out, working out implementation plans, strengthening cooperation with neighboring provinces and deepening cooperation with Mongolia and Russia.
