摘要
在经济新常态下,文化产业发展呈现一些新特征:文化消费潜力有待挖掘,消费形式更具个性化;创新型新兴产业逐渐取代实体型传统产业成为投资重点;文化资本输出与文化资本引进同时突破;小微文化企业更具活力;竞争方式逐步实现从量到质的转换等。针对目前我国文化产业存在实力有待增强等突出问题,应采取措施增强大型文化企业实力,提高小微文化企业活力,增强产业组织化和产业融合发展,推进文化产业发展动力机制的转变和提升文化产业国际化水平。
There are several new features of cultural industry in china' s new normal. Cultural consumption is to be tapped, and the form of consumption becomes more personalized and differentiated. In the past, traditional industry was focus of cultural industry investment, but nowadays, the focus is innovative new industry. Cultural capital export and import have made breakthrough at the same time. Small and micro cultural enterprises are more dynamic. Market becomes more competitive. The form of completion is quality not quantity. However, there are several problems in cultural industry:the strength of the cultural industry is to be enhanced; the contribution to the national economy is little; cultural resources industrialization is immature; the level of cultural industry market is low. Therefore, we can further consider the development way of cultural industry in the following areas: attitude toward to large scale cultural enterprises and small cultural enterprises, the relationship between industrial organization and industrial convergence development, the transformation of cultural industrial' s dynamic mechanism, and the ascension of cultural industrial' s internationalization level.
