摘要
采用MSMPR结晶器研究了硫酸铝冷却结晶动力学,实验条件为连续稳态,溶剂为硫酸-水的混合物。首先采用平衡法测定了15~35℃下硫酸铝-硫酸-水三元体系中十六水硫酸铝结晶区的相图。硫酸铝冷却结晶动力学数据符合粒度相关的MJ3模型,利用最小二乘法对动力学实验数据进行多元线性回归,拟合得到了硫酸铝晶体成核与生长速率,并对实验值和预测值做了比较,验证了动力学模型的可靠性。硫酸铝冷却结晶工艺是煤矸石硫酸酸浸提铝的重要单元,该研究为硫酸铝冷却结晶工艺优化及结晶器设计提供了重要的理论指导。
Continuous cooling crystallization kinetics of aluminum sulfate in sulfuric acid-water system was investigated in a laboratory-scale mixed-suspension mixed-product removal crystallizer(MSMPR) at a steady state.An equilibrium method was used for determination of crystallization phase diagrams of aluminum sulfate hexadecahydrate in aluminum sulfate-sulfuric acid-water system at 15-35℃.It was found that cooling crystallization kinetics data fitted with size-dependent MJ3 model. The growth rate and nucleation rate were obtained by least square method for the multivariate linear regression ,and the reliability of the kinetics model was validated experimentally.Cooling crystallization of aluminum sulfate is an important unit operation in the recovery of aluminum from coal gangue by sulfuric acid leaching.This research could provide theoretical guide for the optimization of crystallization process and the design of industrial crystallizer.
