配矿对磷矿单一反浮选加工的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 将宜昌磷矿、马边磷矿按照不同配比复配,研究了不同配比对同样工况条件下磷矿浆细度、精矿品位、磷回收率及氧化镁脱出率及浮选药剂用量的影响。结果表明,马边磷矿的平均硬度较宜昌磷矿低,磨矿中晶体解离好,更易于通过单一反浮选装置选矿。配矿可以使得磷矿入选Mg O/P2O5及(Al2O3+Fe2O3)/P2O5等杂质含量稳定,有利于生产稳定操作,但是对于精矿品位、磷收率、氧化镁脱除率影响不太大。实验结果表明,其不存在必然联系。从生产操作经济性考量,马边磷矿和宜昌磷矿在单一反浮选装置上比较适宜的配矿比(质量比)为(1~3)∶1。 Yichang phosphate rock and Mabian phosphate mine were mixed in different ratios,and effects of different proportions on phosphate rock slurry fineness ,grade of concentrate ,recovery rate of phosphorus ,magnesium oxide removal rate, and flotation reagent dosage at the same conditions were investigated.Result showed that the average hardness of Mabian phosphate mine was lower than Yichang phosphate rock and grinding crystal dissociation was good,which was more easily through the single reverse flotation for benefieiation.Phosphate rock ore matching could make the selected MgO/P205 and (A1203+Fe203)/P20~ impurity contents keep stable, and conducive to the stable operation of production, but the effect on the grade of concentrate, phosphorus yield, magnesium oxide removal effect was not too big.The test results showed that there was no necessary relationship.From the economic consideration of production operation, the suitable proportioning (mass ratio) of the Mabian phosphate mine on Yichang phosphate was ( 1-3 ): 1.
