聚苯乙烯保温材料陈化后导热系数的变化分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Thermal Conduct Coefficient of Polystyrene Foam Plastics in Aging Process

摘要 采用稳态防护热板法检测聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的导热系数在不同陈化时间下的变化规律。结果表明:绝热用模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料导热系数在60 d内快速增长,60 d后趋于稳定;绝热用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料导热系数在90 d内快速增长,90 d后趋于稳定;两种泡沫塑料在60℃下经过短期加速陈化,其导热系数趋于稳定,且与自然陈化后的导热系数基本一致。 The thermal conduct coefficient of polystyrene foam plastics was studied by guarded hot plate apparatus and the varied tendency of the thermal conduct coefficient was obtained under different aging time. The results show that the data of EPS increase rapidly until aging for 60 days then the curve turns flat. However the turning point of XPS is 90 days. Accelerated aging at 60℃, thermal conduct coefficients of EPS and XPS turn flat and are in line with natural aging.
