摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)与聚己内酯(PCL)共混物。利用TG表征了共混物的热性能,采用DSC、XRD及偏光显微镜综合表征了共混物的结晶性能,通过电子探针观察共混材料的相容性及微观形态,对共混材料的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:PCL的加入明显提高了材料的热稳定性;PLA与PCL晶区不相容,加入PCL后,共混物晶核体积变小;在PCL用量达到50%左右时,共混材料出现了"海-海"结构,PCL用量改变使材料先后出现"海-岛"和"海-海"相;两者共混在力学性能上达到了很好的互补。
The polylactic acid(PLA) and polycaprolactone(PCL) blends were prepared by means of melt blending. The thermal properties of the blends were characterized by TG, and the crystallization properties of blends were comprehensively characterized by DSC, XRD and polarizing microscope. Also, the microscopic morphology of blends about compatibility can be observed by electronic probe, and the mechanical properties of blends were tested. The results show that: with the addition of PCL, the thermal stability of materials improves significantly; PLA and PCL is incompatible in crystalline region, and after adding PCL, the crystal nucleus size of blends becomes smaller; when PCL content reaches about 50%, the blends appeares "sea-sea" structure, and content change makes the material appear "sea-island" and "sea-sea" phase; the blending of the two materials achieves a good complementation in mechanical performance.
