基于Newton插值法的复杂塑件成型二次参数优化 被引量:1

Secondary Parameter Optimization of Complex Molding Plastic Parts Using Newton Interpolation Method

摘要 针对复杂注塑零件在成型中的翘曲现象,分析了翘曲产生的原因,设计了合理的注塑方案。运用Moldflow软件对其进行工艺参数分析,结合正交试验选取最优参数组合,并运用控制变量法和Newton插值法进行二次优化,最后用Moldflow软件对其进行模拟验证。 According to the warping phenomenon of injection forming of complicated parts, the influence factors of the warpage were analyzed, and the reasonable injection scheme was designed. The technological parameters of injection were analyzed by the software of Moldflow, the optimized processing parameters combination scheme were obtained through the orthogonal experiment, and the control variable method and Newton interpolation method were used to quadratic optimization. At last, the scheme was verified by Moldflow simulation.
