镍锌比和BSZ玻璃对NiCuZn铁氧体组织与性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用固相合成法制备了NiCuZn铁氧体材料,研究了原材料中氧化镍与氧化锌的摩尔比和添加不同含量BSZ(B2O3-Si O2-ZnO)玻璃成分对NiCuZn铁氧体组织与性能的影响,重点考察了对该材料直流偏置特性的影响。结果表明,随着增加镍锌比,所制NiCuZn铁氧体的相对磁导率逐渐下降,但在镍锌比摩尔为1.1时,具备较高的饱和磁感应强度和良好的耐直流冲击性能;随着BSZ玻璃添加量的增加,NiCuZn铁氧体材料的烧结致密度和相对磁导率都单调下降,但对直流偏置特性呈现不同程度的影响。 The NiCuZn ferrites were prepared by the solid state reaction method. The influences of mole ratio of Ni to Zn and the addition of BSZ(B2O3-SiO2-ZnO) glass on the microstructures and properties were investigated, with the particular interests on the DC-bias superposition characteristics of materials. The results show that the permeability of NiCuZn ferrites decreases with the increase of Ni/Zn mole ratio. However, NiCuZn ferrites exhibit high saturation flux density and good DC-bias superposition behaviors when the Ni/Zn mole ratio is 1.1. In addition, the sintered density and permeability of NiCuZn ferrites decrease monotonously with the increasing amount of added BSZ glass, while the DC-bias superposition behaviors exhibit different responses to the increased addition of BSZ glass.
