摘要
采用4种改进的液相氧化法对多壁碳纳米管进行分步化学提纯,并使用富勒醇作为表面活性剂对纯化的碳纳米管进行分散。扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱、拉曼光谱表征结果表明使用NaOH和混酸溶液进行分步提纯的效果最佳,不但可以有效去除碳纳米管中的杂质,还可以在其表面官能化羟基、羧基等含氧基团;实验采用富勒醇作为表面活性剂制备了碳纳米管分散液,结果表明富勒醇可以有效提高碳纳米管的分散性,实验成功制备出均匀的单根多壁碳纳米管分散液。
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were purified by using 4 kinds of liquid phase oxidation step methods, and purified MWCNTs were dispersed by using fullerenol as surfactant. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and Raman spectroscope characterizations indicate that liquid phase oxidation step purifying method by using NaOH-mixed acid is the most effective method for MCNTs refinement. It not only could remove the impurities in MCNTs, but also could functionalize the surface of MCNTs with hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. SEM images confirm that the fullerenol surfactant can greatly improve dispersion of the purified MWCNTs, homogenous dispersions of individual MWCNTs can be prepared in the experiment.
