四逆散合益气养阴法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎49例

Forty- Nine Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated with Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen in Combination with Method for Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin

目的:观察四逆散合益气养阴法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院98例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,随机均分为治疗组与对照组各49例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予中药四逆散合益气养阴法治疗,疗程8周,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组愈显率分别为81.7%、57.2%,治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组(χ2=12.451,P=0.037);两组患者治疗后腹痛腹胀、嗳气、纳差及舌脉各项中医证候积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低更加明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:四逆散合益气养阴法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen in combination with method for supplementing qi and nourishing yin on chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG）. Methods： Ninety- eight patients with CAG treated in the hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen in combination with method for supplementing qi and nourishing yin. Then their effective rates were compared. Results： The curing and effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 81. 7% and 57. 2% respectively;And the treatment group was much higher than the control group（ χ2= 12. 451,P = 0. 037）. After the treatment,each TCM syndrome score including abdominal pain,abdominal distention,poor appetite,belching,tongue pulse,etc. in both groups were lower than those before the treatment（ P 〈0. 05）; The lowered degree of the treatment group was more visible than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen in combination with method for supplementing qi and nourishing yin has significant curative effect on CAG.
