小青龙汤加味联合小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗小儿毛细支气管炎40例

Forty Cases with Infant Bronchiolitis Treated with Supplemented Minor Green Dragon Decoction Combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate of Small Dosage

目的:观察小青龙汤加味联合小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠静脉滴注,2次·d-1,3 d为1个疗程;观察组在对照组基础上加用小青龙汤加味治疗;比较两组患儿的临床疗效及症状、体征的复常时间。结果:观察组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的气促减缓、肺部湿啰音消失、哮鸣音消失、咳嗽消失、体温恢复正常时间以及痊愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿均未见因不良反应发生而终止服药或中止治疗退出试验的情况。结论:小青龙汤加味联合小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效显著,且安全性高。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Supplemented Minor Green Dragon Decoction combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate of small dosage on infant bronchiolitis. Methods： 80 cases with infant bronchiolitis were randomized into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given intravenous drip of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate,with twice every day and for three days as a treatment course. Observation group were additionally given Supplemented Minor Green Dragon Decoction. The clinical effects and the recovery time of the symptoms and signs in both groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of observation group was marked higher than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The time needed in observation group for slowing of shortness of breath,disappearance of the lung moist rale and wheezing and cough,the recovery of body temperature and the cure was shorter than that needed in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. There no occurrence of stopping of drug use due to adverse reaction or patient dropouts in both groups. Conclusion： Supplemented Minor Green Dragon Decoction combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate of small dosage has remarkable effects on infant bronchiolitis and it is of high security.
