乌鸡黑色素的急性毒理作用研究

Experimental Research of the Acute toxicological effect of Silky Fowl Melanin on Mice

目的:观察乌鸡黑色素对小鼠的急性毒理作用。方法:将20只小鼠随机分为对照组和给药组,每组10只。给药组小鼠给予乌鸡黑色素灌胃,对照组给予等体积生理盐水灌胃,持续给药14 d,观察大鼠的自主活动、体质量、饮食、饮水等指标变化情况。结果:给药2周后,两组小鼠的生存率、自主活动、体质量、饮食、饮水情况比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在本实验条件下,乌鸡黑色素没有明显毒副作用,具有较好的安全性。

Objective： To observe the acute toxicological effect of silky fowl melanin on mice. Methods： 20 mice were randomized into control group and administration group,with 10 mice in each group. Administration group were given intragastric administration of silky fowl melanin and control group were given intragastric administration of same volume of normal saline,with 14 days of administration for both group. The index changes of autonomic activities,body mass,dietary and water-drinking condition of the mice were observed. Results： After 2 weeks of administration,the survival rate,automatic activities,body mass,dietary and water-drinking had no statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Under the condition of this experiment,silky fowl melanin doesn＇t have obvious toxic and side effects and shows satisfactory security.
