瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛68例

Sixty-Eight Cases of Angina Pectoris due to Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated with Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction

目的:观察瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛的疗效。方法:选择急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者136例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组68例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后心绞痛发生率、30 d内死亡率、溶栓后再梗死率、心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间及心功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction（ GLXBGZD） on angina pectoris due to acute myocardial infarction. Methods： One hundred and thirty-six patients with angina pectoris due to acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 68 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine Western medicine,while the ones in the treatment group were also added GLXBGZD based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment,angina pectoris incidence,the death rate within 30 days,the death rate due to another myocardial infarction after dissolving blood clots,angina attack frequency,duration and heart function in the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： GLXBGZD has satisfactory curative effect on angina pectoris due to acute myocardial infarction.
