扶正祛瘀化痰方联合针灸治疗急性缺血性脑卒中49例

Forty-Nine Cases of Acute Ischemic Brain Stroke Treated with Fu Zheng Qu Yu Hua Tan Prescription in Combination with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:观察扶正祛瘀化痰方联合针灸治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:将95例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组47例和观察组49例。对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组予以扶正祛瘀化痰方联合针灸治疗。结果:对照组有效率为74.47%,观察组有效率为93.88%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NIHSS评分、BI评分、GOS评分、mRs评分和临床症状体征半身不遂、口歪、言语塞涩、肢体麻木评分等方面,与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05;)与对照组治疗后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正祛瘀化痰方联合针灸治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Fu Zheng Qu Yu Hua Tan Prescription（ FZQYHTP） in combination with acupuncture and moxibustion on acute ischemic brain stroke. Methods： Ninety-five patients with acute ischemic brain stroke were randomly divided into the control group with 47 cases and the observation group with 49 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine,while the ones in the observation group were treated with FZQYHTP in combination with acupuncture and moxibustion. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 74. 47%,while that of the observation group was 93. 88%; The difference between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. In terms of NIHSS score,BI score,GOS score,mRs score,clinical syndrome scores such as hemiparalysis,mouth distortion,language obstruction and limbs numbness,etc.,The differences before and after the treatment in both groups had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. The differences between the control group and the observation group had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： FZQYHTP in combination with acupuncture and moxibustion has good clinical curative effect on acute ischemic brain stroke.
